Pines & Palms Resort Islamorada, Islamorada

I had such a lovely time at Pines and Palms Resort! The cozy cottages really gave off a charming vibe, and I loved the private beach area. However, the noise from the AC unit was quite disruptive, which made it a bit hard to get a restful night's sleep. Overall, it's a fantastic getaway with beautiful surroundings and friendly service, although improvements to the air conditioning might be necessary.

Our stay at Pines and Palms was a mixed bag. The location near the beach was fantastic, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. However, our experience varied significantly due to the quality of the room we were given, which unfortunately was not well-maintained. Despite this, there were some nice amenities like kayak rentals and a Tiki bar that added to our enjoyment.

I had a fantastic short break at Pine and Palms Resort. The location is perfect for exploring both Miami and Key West, and I loved sitting on the docks at sunset. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, although the bathroom was a bit tiny. The Tiki bar by the pool was a highlight, and the staff made me feel very welcome. However, the AC unit was a bit noisy at night, which could be an issue during hotter months.

My stay was overall enjoyable thanks to the beautiful and clean resort. The facilities were exceptional, with a lovely pool and beachfront access, allowing for relaxing afternoons. However, the service was a bit lacking, with the staff’s responsiveness needing improvement, especially during check-in. The location was perfect for exploring the area, although I felt some amenities could be better managed.
